During my recent gourmet getaway at the Royal House, I found it to be an unexpected delight, particularly given my penchant for culinary experiences. The ambiance of the hotel's restaurant coupled with the charming courtyard created a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. As a landscape photographer, I am accustomed to seeking beauty in my surroundings, and while the dining area was not a traditional fine-dining setup, there was a certain simplicity that appealed to me. Our breakfast was satisfactory, offering a selection that, while not extravagant, was appropriate and filling to fuel our explorations afterward. The accommodations were decent and clean, with easy access to amenities. Although our spacious room lacked a wardrobe and the air conditioning took its time to cool, the shower pressure was impressive-an essential trait for any weary traveler. While I didn't have the chance to explore nearby dining options-such as the intriguing Cake House or the Coffee House-I appreciated the hotel's proximity to these potential culinary gems. The Royal House serves as a commendable pit stop, allowing food enthusiasts and wanderers alike to explore the culinary landscape of the town.
